Refund Policy for Learners
At Supergyani.com, all courses, subscriptions, and digital products are made available instantly after purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods and services, we follow a strict no-refund policy once access has been granted.
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
- Change of Mind – If you decide not to continue after purchase.
- Technical Issues – While we ensure platform stability, any device/browser/network-related issues on your end do not qualify for a refund. Our support team will assist you in resolving access issues.
- Dissatisfaction with Course Content – Course content may not meet personal expectations, but this will not qualify for a refund.
- Incomplete Courses – Non-completion of a course is not grounds for a refund.
- Subscription Renewals – It is the user’s responsibility to manage and cancel auto-renewals before the next billing cycle. Refunds will not be given for subscription renewals.

- Payments will be transferred to the registered bank account or payment method provided to Duckcart Services LLP.
- Earnings Calculation
- Earnings will be calculated based on the agreed revenue-sharing model, after deducting applicable platform fees, taxes, or transaction charges.
- Dispute Resolution
- Any discrepancies in payment must be reported to contact@supergyani.com within 7 days of receiving the payment statement.
- Delayed notifications may not be entertained.
- Withholding of Payments
- Payments may be delayed, withheld, or canceled in case of:
- Fraudulent activity or violation of platform policies.
- Breach of contractual terms by the teacher/mentor.
- Pending verification or incomplete KYC/banking details.
- Taxes & Compliance
- All payments will be subject to applicable taxes under Indian law. Teachers/mentors are responsible for compliance with their personal tax obligations.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received an approved refund:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card provider (processing delays may occur).
- Contact your bank, as transfers may take time.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
